Balloon Decor

Once you submit your balloon decor desires in our Contact form on the home page, we will contact you, sending you a "mock up" with a color options for you to choose from!

Delivery and installation are included for balloon setups totaling $300 or more and located within a 30-mile radius of Jefferson City, Tennessee.

Balloon orders that do not meet the $300 installation minimum, as well as events located outside the 30-mile service radius, are subject to additional delivery and mileage fees. Applicable fees will be quoted at the time of booking and must be approved prior to the event date.

After KW Events Co. completes installation of balloon décor, responsibility for the décor transfers to the client. 

• The client is responsible for disassembling and removing all non-rented balloon décor at the conclusion of the event. 
• Any rented items such as stands, lights, and/or backdrops, included in the décor will be picked up by KW Events Co. at the agreed-upon date and time specified at booking.

Cleanup, takedown, and disposal of non-rented décor may be added to the booking for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

KW Events ONLY uses high quality latex balloon brands. Our reviews rave balloon garlands lasting for DAYS, even weeks when kept in ideal conditions. However, environmental conditions have a great effect on balloons and we can not guarantee any specific time frame for the life of your decor.

If we pop a balloon upon installation, it will be replaced. However, once KW Events installs your balloon decor, KW Events is not responsible for any damage caused physically (brick, grass, tree branches, fencing, etc) or environmentally (heat, sun, wind, etc).

Absolutely! We can deduct the delivery fee from your quote if you choose to pickup. Just remember, you will be picking up your decor fully inflated. Be sure you can fit it into your vehicle without damaging it & can assemble/hang it at your desired location.

KW Events ONLY uses the highest quality balloons for our creations. Unfortunately, kits purchased from unverified retailers do not reflect our brand so we cannot use any balloons that do not come from our trusted partners. (Exception: foil balloons).

A 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your date and hold your requested balloons. The remainder is due one month prior to your event & a second invoice will be sent to you. Bookings made less than 30 days in advanced will be due in full.

• We understand that plans can change.
  Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. 
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled install or pickup date are non-refundable, as balloons and décor materials have already been purchased and prepared.

If circumstances arise that require a reschedule, KW Events Co. will make every effort to accommodate the new date when notified prior to 7 days before the scheduled install or pickup. If we are unable to accommodate the requested reschedule, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Watch this video for how to remove the right way! Do NOT pull the tab away from the wall or this could result in damage to the surface. Pull the sticky tab straight down as it stretches and eventually gives way.

For our clear, heavy-duty hooks, best results are achieved by applying heat to the adhesive for it to release from the applied surface.
