Booking & Cancellation Policy

All services, Spray Tanning, Photography, & Balloon Decor, require a 50% retainer in order to book. Services will not be preformed until full payment is received. 

Clients booking balloon services will receive a detailed contract to be signed prior to submitting payment.

Clients will submit their 50% retainer to secure their booking and the remaining 50% is due at the following times for each service:

Photography: Full payment must be received one week prior to the date of service.

Balloon Decor: Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the date of service.

Spray Tanning: Full payment must be received one day prior to the date of service.

We understand that things come up! We have the following cancellation requirements for each service that we provide:

Spray Tanning: You may cancel a Spray Tan appointment with KW Events with a minimum notice of 12 hours. When a client cancels their appointment with less than a 12 hour notice, the client will be charged a 50% (of selected service) fee.  

Photography: You may cancel a photography session with KW Events with a minimum notice of 1 week. When a client cancels their appointment with less than a 1 week notice, the client will be charged a 50% (of selected service) fee.  

Balloon Services: You may cancel a balloon services with KW Events with a minimum notice of 2 weeks. When a client cancels their appointment with less than a 2 week notice, the client will be charged a 50% (of selected service) fee.
